I thought our program last week was wonderful! Families In Crisis is a wonderful organization. It thrills me that we will have a satelite shelter in our city, and it was thrilling to see Steve Rublee, our immediate past president, present a check in the amount of $1500, in support of this organization. That contribution came as a result of the hard work of members of this club and this is the type of activity that makes us all proud to be a member of the Rotary Club of Temple.

I have proposed a new member for our club and will present his name now to our membership: Craig W. Carlson. His name will be before the club for two weeks.

I wish to thank Kim Carden for her work as our RYLA coordinator. We had two students attend RYLA last week.
